Following his appearance on the successful show, he has recently introduced his South African / Indian Heritage Spices to his customers. New for Etsy, these spices are tongue tingling and a great addition to any chef's spice range.

Simply add only 2 medium onions and 150ml of water, these onion bhaji mixes deliver flavour and make 14-16 authentic onion bhajis.
There are 2 delicious flavours to choose from.
1. Mild
2. Spicy hot
Method - Empty Bhaji mix into a mixing bowl. Add 150ml of cold water. Whisk to a thick, gloopy paste. Add 2 finely sliced onions into the batter and toss. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into pan of heated oil (medium heat), (or on parchment paper in air fryer). Deep fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and crisp. Drain the bhajis well. Served best with raita.
