Method

Empty Bhaji mix into a mixing bowl.

Add 150ml of cold water.

Whisk to a thick, gloopy paste.

Add 2 finely sliced onions into the batter and toss.

Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into pan of heated oil (medium heat), (or on parchment paper in air fryer).

Deep fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and crisp.

Drain the bhajis well.

Served best with raita.
