Hi, I’m Owen – the chef behind the event company - Cook with Owen. After reaching the Quarter Finals of BBC MasterChef UK 2023, I turned my passion for cooking into a full-time career. Now, I offer unforgettable private dining experiences, bring energy to food festivals, with live cooking demos, and share my award winning, signature spice blends, with food lovers across the country.

Whether I’m plating up a refined five-course tasting menu in someone’s home, or firing up the stage at a food show, everything I do is rooted in bold flavours, fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, and a genuine love for making people smile through food.

Over the past 2 years, I’ve worked with clients hosting everything from intimate anniversaries to larger corporate dinners, always tailoring each menu to fit the occasion perfectly. My approach is personal, relaxed, and creative — no stress, no fuss — just good food made to be enjoyed.

Alongside my private dining services, I also create my own range of handcrafted spice mixes, inspired by global flavours and tested in my home kitchen. My authentic onion Bhaji spice mix, recently won a Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Award, and was also shortlisted as a finalist for a prestigious’Deliciously Yorkshire’ Award.
