I am delighted to launch my new spice mixes!

I have developed an easy to use Authentic Onion Bhaji Mix in three flavours - Mild Authentic, Spicy Hot and Winter Sage.

Simply add only 2 medium onions and 150ml of water, these onion bhaji mixes deliver flavour and make 14-16 authentic onion bhajis.

My second available product is my personal  Masala Curry Spice Mix - flavours that have been delicately balanced with care using the best quality raw spices.
